New to the porn business and would like to know if there is an agency or something similar that handle STD certification and tests like they have in the US?

This would probably be better posted in the promotions forum, Lauren. Strictly speaking, it is off topic rather than a promotional question, but few of the industry bods who might be able to answer it ever frequent these mean streets.
