LoL, Not the one I was thinking of, more down the line of public toilets and ahem, 'cottaging'.
It would be interesting to see the alleged vid. though. I think the German's sorry, royalty tried to keep the lid on this, but I think this one will grow.

The Palace is saying nothing more than it isn't a senior royal. Someone with a low public profile. That rules out the usual suspects.
The fact that it was The Sunday Times, not a tabloid, and that it took six weeks to break also rules out Harry Hewitt and Mince Edward.
And you have to ask, does it really matter who it is?
