A thumbs up from me for having his conviction quashed. Most of us posted a few weeks ago saying that it seemed he'd been stitched up and the police wanted a quick closure. Seems the appeal judges felt he got a bum deal as well.
Bit concerned why he's still banged up though.

Yes I wondered that, if he his appeal has been succsessful, and the conviction quashed, why is he not free, or is that pending a retrial, dont get that.

Well, Sion Jenkins was out pending his retrial.........he's the one who got away with battering his foster daughter, Billy-Jo.
Old Bill were spot on after his 3rd trial and was found Not Guilty, when they said they were'nt looking for anyone else

After the original trial and a conviction, I think 'got away with' is pretty apt
