I remember looking at a website, years ago that had been put together by a Get Carter fan.

He gone around taking pictures of the Get Carter locations.

Lots of "Now" and "Then" photos. I wish I had kept the link.

It was really interesting - more interesting than it sounds.

I remember he said there was a nightclub at the top of that car park at one time.

Also photos of the beach where Carter got shot at the end - where there was that truck conveyer dumping coal waste into the sea. That conveyor has gone as well and it looks like a very nice beach now.

Really good website if anyone can find it again.
