First he gets into a spat at the conference where the king of Spain tells him to "Shut up!" and now he's annoyed the f**k out of the Columbians, that Hugo Chavez, what a charmer!
Also has a mug that looks like it's been hit with a shovel.

Seems to be popular with the have-nots of his country. Might be the first in a long line of previously American-approved leaders to do anything for them.
