Finally managed to send my hard earned dosh to fiona cooper @

Fiona Cooper, PO. Box 16, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 1EU, England.

Surprising thing is, i got the money sent back to me for no obvious reason, isn't ?30 for 3 titles correct, thats what was sent.

Anyone else had the same problem, what are they playing at?

Paid ?3.70 as well, to send the money across with royal mail special post - next day before 12, signature on delivery + tracking...etc

What do you suggest, have you had the same problem as well, getting your money sent back to you?

the original envelope was opened by the p/o as wel

forgot to mention the original envelope was opened by the p/o and they sent the order form and money back in a brown envelope instead, does this mean the fiona cooper postal address is incorrect and mail is not being delivered to it?

How are fiona cooper with credit card?

there should be a reason given on the returned envelope in the form of a sticker which is marked

no reason was given?

They just sent the order form back and money in a brown envelope, no reason, no nothing, i'm disappointed with their service, after all the good i heard about them in terms of their fast delivery

I've never dealt with Fiona-cooper with cash from that address so can't really say.

As for credit card purchases-no problems. Its the safest way as long as you check your c/c statements.
I'd try emailing Fiona Cooper first, registered mail should get delivered thats why you pay the extra cash.

One other minor point
on the second page where it says ordering info the address for International customers doesn't mention the po box so maybe it is closed, and the websites front page is out of date-who knows.

Have read the replies below, and suggest that your problem is with the PO, not FC.
Why they didn't deliver to the address (which is correct, AFAIK) is anyone's guess (and I used to work for them.......), but they probably opened the letter to get your return address.
E-mail FC and tell them what happened, and re-send by REGISTERED post, or better still, use your c/card: the latter is quicker and more secure.

would using cc ensure delivery this time?

If i used a cc this time, would it ensure delivery?

I think their postal box is out of order, can't be no other reason for that.
