claiming she was fired because of her flatulence problem. This then led
to her being abused and harassed by fellow staff making sniffing sounds
and saying open the windows etc

University employers claim they were completely unaware and got rid
of her because of her quality of work and her number of days off work

Its the total lack of self-awareness displayed these days that annoys me. Why are people incapabale of realising how their behaviour might affact others, and act accordingly?
