I saw Desire, an early John Lindsay loop from about 1974(?) that featured a black woman and a white male. Maybe there's some earlier, but Alec or Joe King are in a better position than me to answer.

As to the first part, this is an impossible question to answer definitively, but some John Lindsay loops from the early 70s did, e.g. Sex After School (Lucienne Camille), Desire, Sexational. There were also other 70s loops shot in Britain by Lasse Braun and later put into a compilation by Mike Hunter, e.g. Jealousy, which featured inter-racial as did the 70s short Big Tit Riders (Ann-Elizabeth) and the long-short Happy Holidays. See the unknowns section for caps of most of these. I don't think it has ever been a big deal, which is why no one will be inclined to do what you request in the second part of your post - too big a job. I hesitate to mention it for fear of starting off another set of rants, but in the Channel 4 documentary Felicity (Leeanne McQueen) was asked by an American producer if she would do inter-racial. When the term was explained to her she seemed surprised to have been asked, and said 'Of course'. About the only pleasing half-minute in the whole show.

Why does interracial usually means black/dark skin and light/white skin?

This has been mentioned before and I quite rightly (in my opinion) gave the guy a coating for trying to bring "discrimination" into these discussions.
The simple answer is that many ,many producers have black/white/asians. Sex is sex, regardless of race creed or colour, beit in public or private.
