Good actor esp as Carter in Cranford.
He was excellent in Vanity Fair some five or so years back, and also shone in State Of Play.
Speaking of the latter, I see Ed Norton has joined Brad Pitt in jumping ship from the US movie version of it. Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck will now fill the roles originally played by John Sim and David Morrisey.
