Got bored after wednesdays episode, even Timothy Spall can't save it...........okay-ish, but not a patch on the 1948 film with Alec Guiness as Fagin........although Oliver Reed's Bill Sykes in Oliver! the musical was the best characterisation out of all of them.

The 1948 version was the biz. Guinness was brilliant, but Bullseye trying to get out of the room while Nancy was being murdered was shockingly frightening, and no blood or gore to be seen.

I was suprised the 1948 version isn't on DVD either.
Agreed, Bullseye's performance in this version deserved an oscar
