Help! My Mac's in Japanese!

Ok, a friend of mine asked to publish this S.O.S , so here goes.

"I have a slight technical problem. My Mac's help program is entirely in Japanese. I had changed the language of the whole computer accidently but managed to restore it back to English but bizarrely Mac Help is still indecipherable.
(I had been trying to show someone how to do something on a Portugese MacBook, but it being in Portugese this was a problem! I wanted to change the language but couldn't understand how in Portugese, so I went to the system preferences on my own iBook and tried changing the language so I could follow the same procedure on the Portugese MacBook and then everything was in Japanese... Anyway that's how it happened...)
If anyone knows how to fix this it would be lovely."

Hope someone in the know can help her,

Pj

What is it with you and language issues?....lol.

I'd try the apple discussion forums.
