Want to give up smoking? I can help

Hi all
I haven't been on here for a while. I am now in new offices and I am unable to log onto certain websites (including this one) as they have filters in place.
Anyway for those of you who don't know, I am a qualified hypnotherapist. This year I want to try and help as many people as possible to give up smoking. So far I have helped quite a few people with about 80% success rate. Will power and patches usually have about 20% success rate.
Although nicotine replacement therapy is successful it is also very limited in how it can help you to become a non-smoker. Nicotine in itself isn?t really that addictive, in fact the patches and gum usually contain a lot more nicotine that cigarettes. This is like an alcoholic going for treatment and being given a more alcohol than normal.
From my experience with working with smokers and other hypnotherapists is that people aren?t really addicted to the nicotine, but instead they are addicted to the emotional pay off they get from smoking. Yes nicotine is a factor in this, but we can survive quite happily without nicotine and it only takes a matter of hours to clear from our body.
Now when people stop smoking they are very likely to either start drinking more or start eating a lot of sweets/junk food. I don?t have time to really go into it, but basically you are just switching one vice for another. With hypnotherapy you do more than replace the nicotine and you deal wit the reason why you smoke in the first place and then reprogram the mind for the past, present and future.
Please be aware that not all hypnotherapists are trained equally and we all use different techniques. I have been trained by several hypnotherapists and I have studied many different and modern techniques including NLP and emotion replacement therapy. The result is that I have a arsenal of tools at my disposal as everyone is different. By having a range I can make sure I can deal with people on a unique individual basis giving the best possible chance of long term success.
One more thing I will mention, hypnosis is sooooooo relaxing and you will actually enjoy giving up smoking. If you try to quit on your own it will be a hard struggle as you are giving up something that you enjoy doing. I can help you in reprogramming your mind to make giving up enjoyable and instead of giving up something you will be gaining things (such as good health, money, fitness and whatever other reasons you have to quit).
I am based in Manchester and I work from several venues in the City Centre. I am qualified, insured and certified by the British Institution of Hypnotherapy and the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association. I am offering a great deal at the moment, just ?75 for a session or ?100 for 2 people. If you have a larger group then I can work out a rate for that too.
You can watch and listen to a few videos I have put together here www.youtube.com/mattkendallhypnosis and you can contact me at matt-kendall-hypnosis@hotmail.co.uk
I am also able to help with issues such as weight loss, confidence, fears and phobias as well a range of emotional issues. I have worked with people with eating disorders right through to people who are nervous about giving presentations.
If you are unable to come to Manchester then please seek out a hypnotherapist in your area and visit them as this is a great way to stop smoking.
Thanks for reading and please do not hesitate in contacting me.
