I had one (a small one that is) for my lunch today. Yummy! I've often wondered just how they get the egg inside the meat? There's no evidence of the meat being sliced open and the egg inserted. Perhaps they encase the egg with the meat and wrap the entire package up with pastry? It's one of the seven mysteries of our life.

I thought they make the meat first then add the egg(s). Many years ago I saw a documentary on how they made them, but I've forgotten the exact process.
