Yeah, but most of us need beauty sleep. I could sleep from now until that gas cloud strikes the Milky Way in 20-40 million years time and still look like a sack of shite.

In fact, in contrast, it was last night- a Saturday night- when my 1.30 am in bed, 8am up routine caught up with me. I was at a gig last night and got really tired..achy-though not cold achy- and was glad to be home; which is why I didn't post last night.
In bed for 1.15 and up for..10! Did me good too- I think.
