If you haven't then you must! Oscar must breed special pigs, with no internal organs, they are made of PURE FAT with just the merest slither of meat.

Anyway, simply fry the bacon until burnt nearly black, drain on a kitchen towel. I know you're already salivating..........then place a rasher in your mouth and bite down for the most delicious crunch of crispy bacon you've ever tasted!

Don't do this on a daily basis, as I think you'd get a coronary within 6 months!

Sounds disgusting Jim - although just now I bet representatives from Matterson's are shooting over to the US to get this reciepe for their next batch of sausages.
