Simple iPod utility

When a colleague asked me if I could copy some mp3 files to an iPod I thought it would be a 5 minute tea break job - WRONG!!
Have spent ages getting nowhere with iTunes I found this simple utility
The job was then just a few mouse clicks so thought others would be interested.
