I've seen their TV advert - absolutely dire.

When my first laptop broke,they charged me ?65 just to look at it,when i knew exactly what was wrong with it.
I certainly told them where to go.

So I dumped all my stuff and walked out, then walked back in again and she still gave me the dame crap. Well, seeing as they have to wer name badges, I rang their head office whilst standing in front of her....you should have seen her face. Classic.
