has anyone else tried this drug? if it's half as impressive as my doctor reckons i should be smoke free in 11 weeks. sweeeeeeeet! any replies will be read and responded to later, i'm off to bed

Jim took this and within 12 hours, and i mean that, he had stopped!!!! Unfortunately he forgot to get more and has now started again!!
Its a wonder drug.
I'm sure jim will comment on it.

i can highly recommend alan carr for the natural method.
it may be expensive but it sure as hell works. dont just read the book either. u need to go to the session to have someone reinforce things for u and snub out any confussion and doubts u have.
i was going to try that ziban shit as a last resort if carr didnt work but im nearly a year off smoking now and it really was easy as carr states.

i should point out with carr u will be smoke free after a 5 hr session which is a faster turn around than 11 weeks. think how many cigs u smoke in 11 weeks.

The only way to stop smoking is willpower, i use to smoke 50 a day and knew it wasnt doing me any good so i gradually cut back until in the end i realised i didnt need a smoke at all, i would steer clear of any form of drugs to try and quit as they may do more long term harm than smoking !happy!
