Watched an old VHS of this a few nights back George Best even had a cameo as a Footballer.

That's the fella. A class act.
Do you recall The Stone Tape from the early 1970s? Featured Cuthbertson, Michael Bryant, Michael Bate, a baby-faced James Cosmo and Jane Asher. A classic Nigel Kneale ghost story.

Never saw that but i do recall him in ITC series eg Dept S,Avengers .Charles Endell ESQ but not many eps were made

The Endell series was interrupted by the ITV strike, which kind of screwed it.
