Electricity price increase for meter key users.

If you pay for you electricity via a meter key, as I do, the price per unit has increased from 9.8 pence per unit to 11.1 pence per unit. This came into effect from 2 February, but I was only informed of this increase today when I received a letter from Scottish Power.
