Rad problem? email me off forum, I will whittle it down what it might be, it will save you a small fortune instead of some cowboy telling you what it probably ISN'T!!
Need to know if its a Combi or a Vented system, we can go from there.
Combi means no cylinder as its instantaneous hot water, a vented system will have a copper cylinder that stores yer water
