Is that OCD or OCPD ? They are completely different. OCPD is DSM-IV-TR Axis 2 and OCD is DSM-IV-TR Axis 1. Perhaps you'd better go back and ask your psychiatrist.
Do you make a habit of listening to pop music or watching TV. If so that is a clear case of ob/com

So you are saying that having bipolar means a celeb cannot be blamed for anything they do wrong, and cannot be praised for what they do right because it is their condition that makes them do it.
That's all I wanted to know.
