Is this channel really uncut/R18 or is it the same as the other pay per view channels?

It's the same as the other pay per view channels. However, Spice-Platinum is a hardcore channel broadcast from outside of the UK and hence falls outside the scope of UK regulations.

I know this has been asked before, but how do you get Spice-Platinum?

You can view Spice Platinum by aligning a satellite dish to 13 degrees, tuning into the correct frequency with a digital receiver and having a subscription/card to the channel.
Buy a copy of Satellite TV Europe or What Satellite TV. They usually carry up to date frequency info. and ads. for cards etc..
