I know without having to ask that Dibbs will condemn this wholeheartedly and without reservation.
But neither he nor anyone else will be able to blame 'liberals' and progressives this time.

What was the racist element that sets it apart from 'normal' mindless vandalism?

Racism is back? What, you mean it went away? Like tk a break and went on holiday?
Without knowing the ins andouts of this, I would like to think when the news comes from a respectable source ie the mainstream media that when the word racism is used thatit is used because there is evidence of racism being the motive.
Given the act itself on a building that was named after the murdered youth from years ago, I would suspect it smells racially motivated.
Maybe there was graffiti and such to indicate this that they didnt bother to report because it wasnt ver pleasant. It has been known.
If that was me reporting I would tell it like it is.

Yes, it sounds racially motivated to me too. Racial graffiti would have just made the story even better from a media perspective so I can't see them missing such an opportunity.
Despite our assumptions, I don't think the media should have stated it as a racial crime if there was no evidence for it. It's not the first memorial to be mindlessly vandalised by idiots.
