2-1 up against Bayern Munich at half-time---not what most fans (even home fans) would have predicted. The two on-loan English lads are playing very well---Aluko in particular.
Well done, Tango-man (but I still think you're a twat, you ridiculous, orange, Bernie Winters lookalike).

Willie's done well since he gave up refereeing
Hard to believe it's so long since the Dons were a force in Europe. What a team they had, and look how many of them are still in the game having learned coaching/managing from old purple puss.

Pretty sure you'd have settled for a 2-2 draw after successive heavy defeats. Good show by Aiberdoon.

I never thought I'd ever see myself cheer an Aberdeen goal, but I cheered the first!!
Unfortunate not to get the win, a soft penalty for me- all entertaining stuff. I'm not deliberately being anti-Rangers here, but if Rangers showed half the passion of this depleted Aberdeen team, we might not have witnessed such a bore-fest as last night's game against Panathanaikos.
Fine game, fine show- nicely set up for another cracker next week, Dons need to win by at least 2-0.

1-0 would be enough.
