Muesli Munching.

I've been eating muesli for my breakfast recently (got tired of all that tinned stuff) and I have to say what a delight it's been. Those hazelnuts, slices of bran, oatmeal, raisins, combined with lashings of cold semi-skimmed milk, go down a treat - even on a freezing morning.
I tried the Alpen variety but it was too sugary. Then I went for the "sugar free" Alpen, but still tasted sugary. The best variety I've consumed is Asda's own basic label muesli. It's really crunchy and has loads of hazelnuts and slices of brazil nuts in it. On the downside it does have a tendency to go straight through my system. That's why you'll always find me at work sitting within dashing distance of the bog.
