I'm having pie, but NOT of the cowboy variety.
Hexy, I like to think that I have a vast knowledge of all things pie related, however, I must confess that I've never heard of 'cowboy pie'.

Comfort food tonight after a crap day....
Pukka steak and kidney pie, Tesco's Finest mash and gravy, with a bottle of wine and maybe a bottle of Jack Daniels...
Could murder a doner kebab topped pizza though!

OMG can't believe no one knew what cowboy pie was!
Its corned beef chopped up into half inch cubes, strirred into baked beans with little sausages, then fry off very fine chopped onions and garlic. Stir it all together. Top with mashed potatoes (but not too stiff mash coz ya need to spread it) and grate cheese over the top. Then bake in the oven til it goes golden and nice and yummy!
FF, don't eat me all up. I'm only a tiny thing ya know!
Hee hee did ya like my PJs Mr Mark? And my Lolly too!! !grin!
