21st Century, Western Europe, in theory the most civilised part of the planet.
Should we hang/shoot mass murderers, terrorists and paedophiles?
Keeping Steve Wright in jail will cost us millions. I don't want my hard earned tax paying to keep this cunt and his ilk alive. Shooting him in the head will cost about 20 pence.
Discuss!

Fraid so..for the last few decades we have been going down the treatment with love and caring approach which is apparent hasnt worked and could be accused of making things far worse.
A humble opinion of a frontline scum worker.

Yea from me as well.
The PC brigade says one should never play god with other peoples lives and hanging or frying scum like Peter Sutcliffe,Rose West,Ian Huntly,Steve Wright and 'people' of their ilk makes us as bad as them.
Try telling that to the victims families, who will never recover from their losses and the ordeal they suffered.
Fair enough, scum like this are not born scum. It's their way of showing hatred to the dark childhoods and hardships that they suffered, but it's still wrong to kill,to play god with other people's lives.Reason why the death penalty SHOULD be restored back into the UK.
DNA is so improved and maticlious in this age that the wrong person is rarely caught, despite the sick hoaxers and fantasists who want to make a name for themselves.
We're meant to live in a civilized world where we're tolerant of each other.mass murderer's and nonces have no place in this world and keeping them in prison for life is costing us taxpayers millions.Millions that could be put into more plausible resources.

In the worst cases yes, but all time we are in the EEC we cannot unless Brussels decide to bring back the death penalty.

Yes. BUT instead of the decision being made by a judge it should be made by a public phone vote.
