What a decent bloke! Watched Wossy interview hm and was pleasantly suprised he is a sound geezer.......Forest, not Wossy.
Seen him over the years in many decent roles and he always gives his all, and avoids the bullshit that goes hand in hand with the job.
He was immense in Last King of Scotland, and as Terry Stephens will testify, awesome in The Shield.
I even have his first role on an episode of Hill Street Blues as a really horrid killer released after several years and after the witnesses who put his in prison.

I first saw him in The Crying Game.
He played a British Squadie in that. It was only when I saw him in Species that I realised he was an american.
I think that says what a good actor he is.

Just watch him hold his own up against Newman and Cruise in The Colour Of Money. Bloody good actor.

He's hardly underrated.
Look at all the awards he's won, or been nominated for:

Underrated insofar as he's never been seen as part of the Hollywood "establishment".

Hasn't he?
What, exactly, is the Hollywood "establishment"?
Who has not seen him as part of it?
