I've ordered tapes and they've sent the wrong one.

I e-mailed them and they sent out the correct one within days. They seemed pretty good customer service to me.

Yeah, that pretty much matches my experience too.
Your Choice are not above making mistakes when it
comes to 'duping' tapes, but they are very good
at correcting mistakes.

They should reply to polite e-mail within a day
or two confirming they will dispatch the missing
title.

I've been sent faulty tapes from them before and they have always replaced them with new ones, normally takes about 7-10 days to get the replacement.

I have bought many tapes from them and the quality has always been excellent - they beat Vidshop every time !!

Having received many tapes in good order and of their usual high quality, why make a public issue out of this one?
We all buy in bulk and naturally some don't work.
I bought a land-line phone last week for one of my lines, from respectable dealer, good make etc & that was a bummer. So what, I took it it back and it was replaced. No big deal.
YC sponsor the very site you are moaning on for Christ sake

It seems punters are very quick to complain about a company that always gives them good service, why complain on this forum about it if they are sorting it out,too many whingers I say
