Hi Steve, try the charity shops When somedies the record collection usually goes there/ After years of CD buying a turntable again, yet only four years ago after my mothers death gave away her collection everything from swing / jazz up to Des o'Connor over 100 LP to think of the cost of buying it back

I'm surprised no one has opened a retro 80's music shop and called it "Planet Of The Tapes" That would be a cool name for a shop dont you think?

Hey whaddya mean Steve56 gets to be the only random spontaneous commentator round ere!!!

Birmingham's legendary Reddingtons Rare Records closed a few years ago now- and moved online with their stock.

I think most sell on ebay nowadays. Used to have a few round this neck of the woods, but sellers know their stuff, and what they sold to the public was usual mass produced crap. the rare stuff was kept seperate.
Even car boots don't yield anything decent anymore.
I have added to my vinyl from ebay, saves pissing about
