Just had from my Home Office snout, the ruling classes are planning to withdraw from the Common Market and make England an American state!

Like having a referendum on the EU Lisbon Treaty- that wasn't in the Tory manifesto either!

I'm afraid I don't know anymore than you whether it will be in the Tory Manifesto - or indeed the NuLab manifesto. Mike only specified "the ruling classes". Maybe he will be more forthcoming in subsequent posts?

Some of the Lib Dems plan to offer a referendum to pull out of the Common Market, which will get them in, then move much closer to America!

PS. The three leaders are all public school boys now! Please correct me if I am wrong because I am not sure about Brown.

We do seem to be the foremost state in Europe whom is most likely to be spoon fed american culture in our Cinemas, on the Telly and on our Radio's, ever night on the news we get reports from the U.S., about 15 minutes of coverage of the Presidential elections on the channel four news, if you stop and listen to young women in they're twenties , you may be forgiven for thinking they are from orange county or somewhere else in southern California, Great Britain being absorbed into the U.S.A seems the next logical step, If you'd care to notice for one thing, british english on the internet is treated like a dead tongue.
