As you are aware I used my cc on fiona cooper's site, after having my money returned to me for no reason at all 6 times!

So 10 days ago i used my cc to place a order with them, they have not even charged my cc yet, is this usual, don't they deliver to Leeds?

what credit card are you using? visa, mastercard, switch, solo, delta etc...?

Using Visa, can't see what the problem, maybe they do not deliver close to Halifax and the surrounding areas, seems like that, as all far away orders are received, problems lie with local orders not being sent out for some strange reason.

Who else stocks FC titles?

cant see any problms their then, i have never had problems with them.

try sending them an e-mail and asking for a catalouge, then order using the form in the cat. thats how i have always done it, and they allways turn up within 10-14 workings days.

just out of interest what videos/dvds are you after from them?

I made an order for 3 videos from
Fiona Cooper about 10 days ago and
paid by CC. I had an automatic reply
immediately to acknowledge my order
but 2 days later received an e-mail
to say they couldn't fill my order.
no reason was given - no suggestion
that I re-order at a later date nor
that I order alternative titles. I
have twice sent e-mails asking for
some explanation but have not even
had the courtesy of a reply.

I dont know whats happening with mail order lately, but i ordered from Nookeys and didnt receive my vid for a full two weeks. Thank god for the webby who frequents this forum who kept me 'sort of' updated regarding its whereabouts.
Although, when it did arrive the quality was dissapointingly poor.

This is like the 'Twilight Zone'........I've never heard of someone who has had such difficulty with FC. For all their faults they are at least mega-efficient in despatch terms.
The only possibility I can think of is if you ordered from the 'G' series, as they are strictly short-term offers (although I've ordered and received some of these well after the published end-of-offer date.
If you're still having probs, let me know what titles you're after, and I'll send you MY copies, and then re-order them for myself.
As long as you pay upfront...........just in case.....

thats what i was going to do, offer to sell him the tapes i had bought if i had the ones he was after, just waiting to see which ones he wants...
