4 days ago,got it home and i assumed the sound would of been much better,is the shop obliged to change it for another model or refund me
what rights does one have
any idea thanks

depends whether it is 'fit for purpose' ie. is the sound so shit you can't watch telly or is it just not as good as you thought it would be for the money
if it's the latter then you are probably screwed

read plenty of reviews its a samsung le32r87 and the sound is distorted
well i think it is anyway
thru home theatre its fine but u shouldnt need to put it thru that to listen to a decent quality of sound surely

changed all settings emily standard/movie sports/custom with equalizer
actually ive also got a 40in samsung so i set the new 32in to match the sound settings on the 40in and the new 32 sounds nothing like the 40 in and theyve both got 2*10 watt speakers srs xt surround
40in sounds terrific

After three months of careful deliberation and research I finally got one of these
I still ended up virtually flipping a coin in the shop as my head was turned by the slightly larger - but not quite so technically accomplished
Didn't bother with the optional speakers though. Just plugged it into my AV system.

Think its best to rent TVS etc you can change the model when you want and service is free.
