I know that Bulimia is a very serious & distressing condition & normally anyone suffering from the condition is deserving of our understanding & sympathy but the I find the thought of Presscnut pigging out on mountains of food, at our expense, & then sticking his fist down his throat to relieve his swollen belly absolutely hillarious, it's a wondert that the fat twat didn't burst.

Judging by the massive size of his lardy belly and the huge folds of flab around his face, he never deliberately vomited up any food he consumed.
