Have been caught in it twice whilst walking the dog....icy rain/hail in the ear holes and cold wind in the face...lovely. How long till the hose pipe ban though?

Here in S.Cheshire the weather forecast was for heavy rain all day, not a drop, been out in the garden all day, shirt sleeve weather.
Sometimes think that the forecasters couldn't predict that it will either rain or go dark before morning.

All the fields round here are waterlogged and some new lakes have sprung up in the past few months. It's been cold, wet and miserable since November last year. UK weather is shite.

It stopped raining went out in a summer jacket then it pissed down again got soaked.
