A British film so bad that, shit itself would say it stinks! So bad, it never got released, stayed on video for 2 months and has gone straight to TV, this surely must be a first. It's a bit like, "My Family" under water. The script will curl your hair!
Anyway see it for yourself.

And ITV draw the short straw on showing it.
Now why don't i look surprised?.Even 'He Kills Coppers' was cringeworthy.

Wow that much? Anyway the plot is one of those, "The Thames Barrrier, she canno take it cap'n, we just hav'nt got the power". You think I jest.......In typical British film style, there is alot of running up and down corridors with pipes and huge computer power spent, in fact there is so much crap cgi, that you wonder if the actors themselves have been computer generated, they act like they've been! You've even got a father and son team, (With issues of course) trying to save London. Anyway i wont spoil the plot LOL
Go on, tune in for a feast of total shyte!

I'm looking forward to watching it purely because its crap, it might be plesant to just spend an hour or so watching something that doesnt require a brain and you can say "I could do better special effects with my old Atari 1024st."

Well that wasnt as bad as I thought it would be and I think I'll be watching the conclusion tomorrow.
Also if there was a cinema movie called "flood" it wasnt the ITV production as thats 4 hours long in total... so I think there may be more than one production.
I'll have to ask my lad to find out more as he also said "it was a movie;" but that defo wasnt a movie; it was, will conclude as, a 4 hour mini serise.
I did have to laugh when as it finished they brought up the "if you have concerns about flooding in your area then ring the....."
Perhaps theres more to this than just a TV program and in reality its a way of warning of troubles ahead... conspiricy theory anyone, lol.
Maybe its a covenrment sponsered film so when it all goes tits up we wont be so supprised... we're all going to hell in a handbasket, well london is anyway and thats no big loss... full of bankers and polititions, lol, and the reason that the covernment moved the IR to Nottingham... so that when the SE gets flooded/bombed/et. al. the bastards will still be able to collect the taxes... wankers!

I think, like Jonathan says, there must be 2 versions.
Bit crap, but great effects. Filled in a couple of hours on a boring Sunday evening, while reading the papers.

It's definitely a film, it was released on one cinema screen, for one week to fulfil its contractual obligations as a theatrical release, then went straight to dvd the week after.
I watched the film version, it was about an hour and three quarters of absolute rubbish, I wanted that time back. I didn't watch it on ITV, so can't say whether they just 'flooded' it with commercials or added some scenes. Either way, it sounds painful at 4 hours.
