and no, it's not spam. I use pub 2007 or something higher on my computer which is a good bit away from the main computer (not mine) connected to the printer. BUT, the one near printer has on old version of Pub and won't print the background to the message and pix on my page I want to print. So, I tried saving as a single file, sent it from my pc to old pc which opened it with outlook express, but now it prints the toolbars as well and I can't get rid of them, so...

can anyone make my file (with background) a pdf or something that I can just print. Long winded I know.

also, I noticed there's a "=/b>" written between the two main words up top, if anyone can delete them.

There is a free product called pdf995 that will convert any file to a pdf.

Interesting neither pdf995 or pdf24 work for you.
I recall using pdf995 a long time ago but I use pdf24 regularly with no problems.
We have a pdf creation program at work called Bluebeam and think it is the Light/Lite version - but it is not freeware

Sparky, any chnace u can do it for me. It's just the background won't show up on the pc connected to the old printer.

I would but I have not got access to any version of Publisher.

If you could export to Word XP (2002) or earlier then I would try for you.
