1970s British film question

Just got back from a couple of days in Amsterdam. While I was there I visited a place on the Wallens, right by the Old Church, called something like The Venus Cinema Club. I was curious about this because from the display outside it appeared to be actually showing films (rather than video or DVD).
The show lasted an hour or so. The first couple of shorts were clearly US, very similar in style to the original Swedish Erotica series, a couple of slightly familiar faces but I can't put names to them. It was the last short that intrigued me.
Dubbed in an atrocious "cockney" accent, set in 2 neighbouring clothes shops. The male characters all very 70s - huge sideburns and 'taches, trouserlegs that could be used to house a small homeless family. The girls all standard porn style post-hippy chick. The story line was that after screwing the male shop assistant, two girls managed to nick enough clothes to stock their own shop near by. They then kept their new customers happy by having sex with them. I recognised the setting as the Brunswick Shopping centre, just north of Russell Square tube station (now looking distinctly run down and being refurbished but very much part of late 1960s modernism). Didn't recognise any of the girls but at least one of the guys looked familiar, I think from sets in Playbirds/ Whitehouse c. 1976/7 and some shorts. The film box on display gave the title as "Streakers" (which would fit with mid/late 1970s) and it was Tabu (which did Mary Millington's Miss Bohrloch etc). Tried to ask the guy running the place if anyone had copies of the films on tape but he was totally unhelpful or maybe the only person in Amsterdam to not understand English.
I can't see "Streakers" in the bgafd Film index so presumably it is not in any of the 1970s compilations put out by various mail order places that have been talked about here. Does the description above ring any bells with anyone?
