More Labour woes

One-time Brown ally Wendy "10 out of 10" Alexander has fallen on her sword and quit as leader of the party at the Scottish Parliament. The woman with the 12-cock gob hasn't done herself too many favours, with her lack of humility and getting up Gogg's nose by calling for a referendum on independence, but has been undone by a nonsense involving donations (after getting faulty advice from the parliament's officials). Rather reminiscent of the taxi fares fiasco that saw off Tory leader David McLetchie.

No doubt, this will be used as another lever to prise Broon out of Number 10. As for who is handed the poisoned chalice of the big job in Scotland, it seems to be between the rather stupid and arrogant (Andy Kerr), the stupid (Cathy Jamieson) and the capable but not very charismatic (Malcolm Chisholm, Peter Peacock).

All playing nicely into the hands of the Nats, whatever happens.

Yes I suspect it is.

Will be interesting to see what 'Green' Dave says (IF anything) and what Brown says in return (which should be just two words Caroline Spelman)

All Labour politicians are cunts - they have just had their time and now it's time for a change. It's the way things go, corruption always sets in - and when you've got a PM with the charisma of a slug, you're fucked well and truly.

In fairness to the Tories (not something I can usually be accused of), a number of MPs have been publicly calling for Spelman to go, rather than for the whole sordid business to go on and on. If Green Dave's advisors know what they're about, they'll recommend her removal ASAP before the negative headlines begin to stack up.

In reality most politicians are corrupt, only some delude themselves into thinking they're not. If I were a politician I'd milk the system for whatever I could and bend the rules to suit myself - it's a perk of the job.

You've made some stupid fucking statements recently sadly the only cunt I am aware of is you.

Your comment below " If I were a politician I'd milk the system for whatever I could and bend the rules to suit myself - it's a perk of the job." shows exactly the type of arse you are.

Agreed.

It's a wildly sweeping and libellous statement that tells you much more about the author than its subject.

Which is kind of why I left it alone in the first place.
