Died yesterday played Paul Temple in the 70s and voiced Gerry Anderson programmes incl Capt Scarlet.

Very big in the 70s- but then seemed to disappear from our screens...had to check several times that he wasn't already dead.

I can find no reference to this on the web. I have search Google and looked in News and there is no mention of it.

I recall a couple of years ago he was shagging Sarah Alexandra (see Armstrong & Miller - Nude Vets).

He must have died a happy man, they'ii have troble getting the coffin lid on!

Nothing on the news sites so far, and I would have hoped, given how much work he'd done with the corporation, the Beeb might have reported it.

And Steve is right---Harper was the lucky guy squiring Ms Alexander.

I am still not convinced this is true.

Whenever someone dies all you have to do is go into Google, search under their name, and then select the "News" section and there are usually loads of "hits" as it will be mentioned on lots of web sites.

There is NOT ONE for Francis Matthews which makes me believe this is a hoax.

There is nothing on this TV heaven forum either
