Max Mosely trial

This from the Times from a 'mistress A' giving evidence..

"The Nazi allegations had set back her professional life. ?I didn?t work for nearly two months after all the exposure. The last thing in the world you want to do is to bend over when your head is completely messed up about this. When this came out people recognised me from my stance, the way I stand when I?m beating,? she said, her hand instinctively making a lashing motion as she looked up at a grim-faced Mr Justice Eady.

I wonder why the judge was so 'grim' she sounds like a great laugh, maybe professional jealousy (sp)

My money's on Mosely winning this case and costs.

I fail to see what he has done wrong. They all consented and had a cup of tea afterwards. What's the problem?

The real Nazis committed acts of genocide. There is genocide happening in Darfur now, so why wasn't the News of the Screws reporting this? If his father wasn't who he was would it even have been reported in the first place? Why was Max named but none of the girls?

He has done nothing wrong, he didn,t harm anyone, I bet there are a fair few High court judges familiar with the same practices, why, ms Liz very often shouts at me and locks me up in the cellar for days on end, I thought it was just normal.

hat he did wrong was have the name of a fascist leader of the 1930s, giving the Screws an excuse to bring up the Nazi side of things.

All very distasteful, but they are all consenting adults, so it's the usual redtop rag hypocrisy.

He hasn't done anything illegal - so therefore he will win. Why on earth has this gone to court in the first place?

I read a quote from Lewis Hamilton the other week about this matter and he said something along the lines that Mosely should stand down. Why?

The prosecution lawyer reckons his actions may have transgressed the law, even if they may not be exactly Nazi - seeing nobody can legally consent to be 'mutilated' under British law.

That's the defence for the NOTW, seeing he's not actually being prosecuted - at least not yet.
