This time to the Palestinians. What a cunt, when there are plenty of people suffering at home. I've nothing against aid where it's needed, but to terrorist nations?

It's only money!
?30 million of our cash is nothing to McTwat, he's wasted billions over the years. This ?30 mill was basically a bung to the Palestian authority to make sure he'd be met by smiling children waving Union Jacks rather than by a mob throwing dung. Surely you would agree that a mere ?30 million is a small price to pay to ensure the Grim Leader doesn't get covered in shit?

Technically it needs to be a nation to qualify, so Palestine doesn't - but it would were it a recognised country, and it has all the attributes.
The US State Dept. defines a Terrorist Nation (aka State Sponsors of Terrorism) as "Countries determined by the Secretary of State to have repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism" - currently on the list are:
Cuba - from March 1, 1982
Iran - from January 19, 1984
North Korea - from January 20, 1988
Sudan - from August 12, 1993
Syria - from December 29, 1979

What a load of bollocks. Maybe they ought to review their terminology, because as far as I'm concerned, a 'terrorist nation' is a nation of terrorists, not a government who may fund terrorism.
With terminology like that, they could pick any peasant they want who, by accident of birth, was born under the despotic leadership of Kim Jong-il, and deem him/her a terrorist?
Absolute stupidity.
