The Puffin is on the way out, according to environmentalists - obviously this is a load of bollocks, they're breeding in the same numbers, but decide not to come back because there's more food elsewhere. That or they just think the UK is shite with Gordon Brown as dictator :)

The seagull's in Cornwall and other places now live of a rich diet of M'c donalds and pasty's, they cannot be arsed to follow the trawlers anymore, it's rather sad to see really..

Actually there's no such thing as a "seagull"

There are common gulls, herring gulls, black-backed gulls, black-headed gulls, etc., etc., but no such thing as a "seagull" The erroneous use of the term probably comes from the Latin name of the Great Black-backed Gull (Larus Marinus).

You have pulled a wee cracking bird there Lizard (for a change), though don't fancy Steve56's much ... is her name Larus Marinus by any chance as I am sure I know her sister Corvus Corax but she is a bit of an old crow.
