There seems to be great sensitivity in these parts to 'weirdos' with criminal behaviour a sure sign of weirdness. Weirdos are incorrigible and all we can do is anticipate the inevitable and pray we're not on the receiving end. Ladies and gentleman, I give you Ian Oakley
