choose and watch dot com

I've just stumbled on this website chooseand watch.com while surfing internet tv channels as well as a load of 'normal' tv channels it also has a load of adult channels. Does anybody know if this is legit or a file sharing website done up to look like something it isn't. Thanks for any info.
