tech question

Whenever I open Microsoft Office a notice appears "This copy of Office is not original click here to obtain an original copy". There is a little star icon on desktop. I think I must have downloaded this program by mistake because as soon as it downloaded I noticed that the URL was "j.s.microsoft.com."
When I first purchased this laptop Office was loaded and I checked with Microsoft and it was original.
I have been to add and remove programs but cannot identify it.
Whenever I open Office there is a toolbar installed at the top that says "this copy of Office is not original" also it has been playing up a bit.
Does anyone know how to remove this program in Vista?
