A middle aged British woman brought a French airport to a standstill when she tried to take a bomb onboard a flight in her hand luggage. It turns out it was some second world war memorabilia but it was a shell nonetheless. A spokesperson was quoted as saying:

"She told us she had no idea that taking a military shell through airport security would cause such a fuss. She said she bought the device in a second hand shop because her husband collected military memorabilia."

What a dumb ass

The population has a percentage of fuckwits, she's one of them. These people just amble on in their own world, but are largely harmless. If it weren't for people like this there wouldn't be all the funny little stories for people to chuckle at. Being a fuckwit is probably a medical condition, probably similar to bipolar or ADHD - I'm sure the charlatans that classify disorders have a real name for this disorder.

Fuckwit sounds like a real enough and fair term for it.
