Just heard on the "wireless" that another top cop at the Met is sueing the police for racial discrimination ! His case is set against ian Blair, the chief cop who stepped down a few weeks ago.

The opinion is that this will be settled out of court with a payment in the region of ?350k, just like the last chappie 3 weeks ago who got ?400k

The Met have previous with regard to Dizaei. From the Times :

"[Dizaei]was previously suspended in 2001 over allegations of corruption and drug use but cleared of the charges in 2003 and reinstated and awarded ?60,000 compensation."

So they just gave ?60,000 away on this occasion, or do you think there was a case to answer ?

If you look at it another way Dizaei may well be playing the 'justice' card rather than the 'race' card.
