on board and have a rethink.

As someone who runs an "adult entertainment agency" I would say that most producers know how to find girls anyway. A simple "I'm doing a film..." post from a producer on this board will elicit many replies, just for a start.

Unless you can bring in dozens of reliable new faces on a regular basis there is nothing you can offer that is not already available, and anyway, once a producer has used one girl, phone numbers will have been swapped and future bookings will be done without your help.

If someone DOES ask me to contact a girl for them, I don't take a fee from either party, as I make my money from other parts of the agency. What it does do is create a good rapport and working relationship which brings dividends in different ways.

As others have said, if you want to be a "Mr 10%" think of becoming an estate agent or a pensions salesman! This industry really doesn't need us... talent scouts, yes; agents, no!
